If business’s recruit the wrong person there is a huge (and often unmeasured cost) in decreased productivity, time spent councelling poor performers, increased stress and low work morale.   • Screening all candidates to decide on the best applicants for the interview
  • Interview preparation – questions, structure, room set up etc
  • Conducting an interview
  • Reviewing the information received and screening
  • Reference checking
  • Making the decision

How it works:

The course is very participative and interactive, participants are involved in small and large group discussions. To ensure the most effective learning, participants will practice at least one interview and will receive 1:1 feedback.

Participants leave with the tools to go back and run an effective recruitment process as well as a professional and very effective interview.
