Why should you attend?

A recent survey published by Hudson stated that over the next 5 – 7 years the modern organization has to prepare for a demographic trough that will cause a serious shortage of skilled workers. In this formidable context, organizations wanting to maintain a competitive edge require strong leaders.

”The voices in the survey are emphatic in their demand for high quality leaders and managers with exceptional leadership”.

How it works:

The course is very participative and interactive, participants are involved in small and large group discussions as well as writing out individual thoughts and actions that relate back to their own workplace

Transfer back to the job:

One of the criticisms of training courses is that the skills aren't transferred back to the job, participants are required to develop an action plan before they leave. This is copied and is provided to their managers to discuss and review on their next follow up visit.
