The owner Roger Simpson

Roger’s expertise is maximizing sales through lifting the performance of people. For more than a decade, Roger has increased business profits specifically by motivating and guiding owners and staff in their interaction with each other and with customers. His background includes a highly successful 19 year career with Shell undertaking numerous roles involving getting the best out of people. Over the last 17 years, Roger has worked in the retail environment and after initially joining Productivity Increase Group (PIG) 9 years ago as a director, now runs the company.

Roger works with the highly talented and successful businessman, Tom O’Toole from the Beechworth Bakery Group by facilitating a 1 day seminar with Tom on self motivation, leadership and goal setting. Roger is also a gifted and energetic Master of Ceremonies.
