- Participants learn how to change the behaviour of their team by giving constructive feedback, with a particular focus on using positive feedback.
- Participants gain competency by repeatedly practicing the skills during the training. We use the analogy of sport to reinforce the need to practice and having a coach to provide feedback.
- We implement a follow up coaching system to ensure the skills are reinforced back in the workplace.
- We implement a measurement system that allows a business to accurately measure the success of the training and track the long term results.
